These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Echelon1 Performance website (ech1perform.com) and any coaching services provided by Echelon1 Performance ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Echelon1 Performance offers strength and conditioning coaching services for rugby and football athletes, including remote programming via the Train Heroic platform, in-person training sessions, hybrid coaching packages, and team workshops. Services are described on our website and finalized through direct agreement between you and Echelon1 Performance.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Participation in any strength and conditioning program carries inherent physical risk. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily participating in physical training activities
- You have consulted or will consult with a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program
- You are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to starting a program
- Echelon1 Performance is not a licensed medical provider and nothing provided through our services constitutes medical advice
Echelon1 Performance is not liable for injuries sustained during training. You assume full responsibility for your participation.
Free Resources
The Echelon1 Contact Athlete Power Block and any other free resources provided through this website are for informational and training purposes only. They are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Results will vary based on individual effort, fitness level, and adherence to the program.
Coaching Agreements and Payment
Specific pricing, payment schedules, and program terms for paid coaching services are established directly between you and Echelon1 Performance prior to the start of services. All payments are due as agreed. Refund eligibility depends on the terms established at enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies for in-person sessions and coaching packages will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement. In general, we ask for reasonable advance notice for session cancellations. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your standing as a client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our programs, including training programs, methodology documents, written content, and design, is the property of Echelon1 Performance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon1 Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of performance, or lost time.
